Delivery
Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be shipped.
Make sure to check you e-mail. You will get order and shipping notification by e-mail. Email us if you have not received your order confirmation within one hour to make sure we have the right email adress.
We will get in touch
with you in case there are any problems with stock/delivery.
You may also log in to your account any time to track your past and current orders.
International customers: We suggest you always allow up to 4-20
days for your order to arrive. LaNinja is not responsible for any customs duty
charges or brokerage fees. These will have to be paid by the customer where applicable.
Payment options
You can pay with creditcard or invoice. No extra charges.
Creditcard: LaNinja uses Certitrade to administer
secure on-line payments through their 3-D Secure security system. When you use
your credit card you'll be transferred to a secure webpage(SSL). All card-details
are encrypted and sent to your Bank, who controls the cards validity. No card-details
are sent to LaNinja.
Invoice: Possible in Sweden to registered
adress.

in you will see prices with or without VAT depending on your country.
Returns or problems
LaNinja takes great pride in customer service. We want you to be happy with the quality and delivery of each product that you receive. We throughly check each item for quality before shipping. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately.
Sweden
We accept returns or exchanges within
14 days of arrival according to Swedish consumer Law. Merchandise must be returned
in the same condition as it was received. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We are not responsible for missing packages.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs - shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error has been made or the item is damaged. All returned merchandise must be sent back in original condition. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
